About us: Super Technologies, Inc. was a dotcom startup in 1999 ... providing voice over dialup Internet services and Virtual Phone Lines (a service that enables people and organizations to have a local presence in any of up to 60 countries and be a local call to their VIP) via direct inward dialing and SIP.

In 2005, we started DIDX, enabling 10 telecoms to buy and/or sell phone numbers wholesale. By 2011, we now serve 18,000 wholesale IP communications companies on DIDX.

  • Minna Särelä's startup business plan, after leaving MobileMonday, was to help independent designers, who create amazing work with their hands, needed sales and marketing channels. Paloni serves designers like DIDX serves telecoms.

    On each of their handcrafted items' price tags, Paloni includes who made them, what kind of a person he or she is, and even a picture of them.

    Funding? Bootstrapped! Ms. Särelä sold her family home to start the business. The Paloni Facebook page has no falsely commercial feel about it. One feels a part of a community that is an interesting mix of warmth, honesty, and class. In fact, Paloni is a Finnish word for "my fashion." Minna follows consumer trends and what she notices they are lacking in their lives.

    Many of the items are displayed via mobile and web apps such as Pinterest and Instagram. The Helsinki-based company also uses Google Maps, Skype for virtual meetings, and Facebook, giving them the potential audience of all who use the Internet.
