Innovation is everywhere. In 2007, we began podcasting and interviewing technology experts and innovators. In 2010, we rolled out our online magazine Techistan and social video Muntwo. We are media partner for hundreds of Earth's favorite empowering events. We hope you enjoy listening to our conversations here on DIDX podcasts.

About us: Super Technologies, Inc. was a dotcom startup in 1999 ... providing voice over dialup Internet services and Virtual Phone Lines (a service that enables people and organizations to have a local presence in any of up to 60 countries and be a local call to their VIP) via direct inward dialing and SIP.

In 2005, we started DIDX, enabling 10 telecoms to buy and/or sell phone numbers wholesale. By 2011, we now serve 18,000 wholesale IP communications companies on DIDX.

Conversations with Tech and Social Leaders

DIDX Audio Podcasts is a program devoted to the art and craft of technology and social leadership and inspiration. The show, created and hosted by the DIDX.net team since 1999, features interviews with real people who have accomplished things we want to share. They are of different nations, religions, careers, gender, and attitudes. Be inspired! And please recommend others for us to interview and let you eavesdrop on!

CoreDial's CEO Alan Rihm on Cloud Communications and Telecom Partners

  • CoreDial's CEO has an exemplary reputation for starting, growing, and selling some very successful companies. VoIP industry gurus actually recommended that Alan Rihm be interviewed on the DIDX audio podcasts, so that others can learn from him.

At the time of this podcast, September 28, 2012, CoreDial focused on cloud software and services provider. They assist interconnects, managed service providers, and carriers to succeed at managing, delivering and billing cloud communications products and services.

Mr. Rihm explains what cloud communications is, mentioning such terms as SIP trunking and unified communications. CoreDial looks to enable their clients to improve communications among their team, partners, and customers.

Alan goes into some detail about CoreDial's partners who sell phone systems for a living, who are interconnects, service providers who provide data and IP services, managed email, security type services and such. Communications services, because of the cloud, are evolving fast. He explains how  these types of customers find themselves in odd relationships with their vendors. Those vendors are actually providing competing service hosted. Mr. Rihm describes the changing dynamics of the telecom world.

CoreDial helps its clients to add value and to deliver features and functions that their customers want.

CoreDial and also DIDX were all conference sponsors at ITExPO West 2012. CoreDial is a popular company at the conferences. We both agreed that real business development and the sharing of ideas is much easier in such a venue. Their booth is always full of visitors.

Mr. Rihm talks about organization's needs of need to scale up and down as needed. Communications business has everyone getting into each other's traditional business. The adoption curve of cloud technologies is the trend that CoreDial is ahead. It is a bit disruptive, but may the organizations that can provide service the best ... not be held back. Right?
